Buyers and dealers do not contact each other on Hi Car Match. The platform sits in the middle and brokers every deal from contract to handover.
This is how a deal works

The buyer looks for a car
Pick a listing by make, model, year, mileage and price, or leave a purchase request with the conditions you want.
Search by make, model and trim. If nothing matches, leave a buy request. Leave a buy request

The platform makes the match
We find a matching dealer and listing. Buyers and dealers never exchange contact details.

The dealer contacts the platform
Buyer inquiries go through the platform to the dealer. Contracting starts when the dealer contacts us.

Both sides deposit, then contract
Buyer and dealer each place 10% of the vehicle price in escrow, then the contract proceeds.

Inspection and handover
We stay with you from the real-car check through handover. When the deal closes, each side pays a 2% fee.
The deposit protects both sides
If the buyer breaks the promise
The buyer’s deposit goes to the dealer.
If the dealer breaks the promise
The dealer’s deposit goes to the buyer.
This is not a one-sided setup. Both sides are protected the same way.
We don’t sell cars. We protect the deal.
Hi Car Match does not buy or sell vehicles. We sit between buyer and dealer and safely broker the whole process from contract to handover.
Why no direct contact?
Most used-car problems start with a direct deal. Once contacts are exchanged, the deal leaves the platform — and nobody is responsible if something goes wrong.
That is why Hi Car Match stays in the middle from start to finish.

What we promise
Fair deposit rules
Both sides deposit 10%. The side that breaks the promise forfeits its deposit to the other.
Transparent fees
Only when the deal closes: 2% from each side. No hidden costs.
Brokered through handover
We stay with you through the contract, the real-car check, and vehicle handover.
