If the buyer defaults, the buyer's deposit is forfeited to the dealer. If the dealer defaults, the dealer's deposit is forfeited to the buyer.

Professional assessors verify exterior panels, structural frames, powertrain, and match with official inspection logs.
Q. When is the brokerage fee paid?
A.
We do not ask for upfront fees. The 2% fee is settled only when delivery is successfully accepted and completed.
