How do I find the right vehicle?
Filter listings by make, model, price, year, mileage, and other priorities. Start with must-haves, then widen flexible criteria if needed.
Can I compare several vehicles?
Yes. Add listings to Compare to review price, key specifications, and options side by side.
Where can I find saved vehicles?
Sign in and tap the heart on a result or detail page. Saved vehicles appear under Favorites in My Page.
What if I cannot find a matching listing?
Submit the vehicle type, budget range, and must-have criteria through Purchase Inquiry.

What can I review on a vehicle detail page?
You can review submitted photos, specifications, options, seller information, and related documents when provided. Available details vary by listing.
Does listing information always stay the same?
Information may change when a listing status or seller submission is updated. Confirm decision-critical details again during the inquiry.
Where can I find seller information?
Available seller information appears on the vehicle detail page. Add any further questions to the purchase inquiry for that listing.

How do I submit a purchase inquiry?
Use the Purchase Inquiry button on a listing and include your questions and priorities. The Hi Car Match team reviews the request and brokers communication with the seller.
Does an inquiry confirm a purchase?
No. A purchase inquiry starts a conversation to confirm listing details and terms; submitting one does not confirm a purchase.
Where can I review my inquiry?
After signing in, open My Inquiries in My Page to review your submission, replies, and current progress.
Does Hi Car Match sell vehicles directly?
No. Hi Car Match is an automotive brokerage platform that connects listing discovery with seller communication.

How do I register as a seller?
Automotive businesses can apply for a seller account and submit the required business information and documents. Listing management becomes available after review.
