Transaction Brokerage Notice
Article 1 (Platform Role)
Hi Car Match is an information brokerage platform connecting vehicle listings from seller members with inquiries from interested buyers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company is not a direct party to the vehicle sale contract.
Article 2 (Price and Terms)
Listing prices and conditions are provided by sellers. Buyers must confirm the final price, vehicle condition, and contract terms with the seller before proceeding.
Article 3 (Inquiries and Progress)
The platform delivers purchase inquiries and provides reply and progress tracking. Submitting an inquiry does not itself create a vehicle sale contract.
Article 4 (Contract Terms)
The parties separately confirm the specific contract terms after an inquiry. The Company provides brokerage support within the listing, inquiry, and progress information shown on the platform.
Article 5 (Disputes)
If a disagreement occurs, the parties should retain relevant records and attempt to resolve it first. The Company may provide reasonable brokerage support, such as confirming inquiry records available on the platform.
